Here is the updated Shipping Policy with a clear, explicit statement that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping Policy
Every product at WD3D Print Shop is custom-engineered and 3D printed to order right here in our shop. Because we manufacture everything in-house, processing time is separate from shipping time.
Please review our shipping policies below before placing an order.
1. Order Processing & Production Times

Standard Catalog Items: Please allow [Insert Days, e.g., 3–5] business days for production, quality inspection, and packaging before your item is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Custom Consultations & Orders: Production timelines for custom-engineered solutions will be explicitly stated during your design consultation and may vary based on project complexity and machine availability.

Note: Processing times do not include weekends or federal holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. We do not currently offer free shipping.

Calculated Rates: Shipping rates and estimated delivery transit times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your parcel.

Transit Speed vs. Production: The shipping method you select at checkout (e.g., Next Day, 2-Day, Standard) dictates the transit speed after our standard production time is complete. Upgrading your shipping speed does not expedite the 3D printing process.
3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been manufactured, boxed, and a shipping label has been generated, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update and show movement within the carrier’s system.

Reminder: As stated in our Refund Policy, orders can no longer be canceled or modified once the shipping label has been printed and the order is marked as fulfilled.
4. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are entirely responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at wd3dprintshop@gmail.com immediately. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will do our best to update the address.

We are not responsible for packages that are misdelivered, lost, or returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to have the parcel sent out a second time.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, WD3D Print Shop is not liable for transit delays caused by carrier volume, weather events, or routing errors.

If your tracking shows that your package was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with your neighbors, check all exterior doors/porches, and contact your local post office or carrier directly to GPS-locate the drop-off point.

We do not issue refunds or send free replacements for packages marked as delivered but reported stolen.
6. Damaged in Transit

While we package our heavy-duty hardware securely, rough carrier handling can occasionally cause damage.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of both the damaged item and the shipping box. We will evaluate the damage and arrange for a replacement.
7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
