Thank you for shopping at WD3D Print Shop. Because our products are custom-manufactured to order with precise engineering requirements, we maintain a strict No Returns policy.
All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or shipping delays.

Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring all measurements and equipment compatibility are verified before placing an order. We cannot issue refunds or returns for incorrect dimensions provided to us.

While we provide free consultations to help analyze your project's technical specifications, we do not offer standalone replacement parts.
Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our final sale policy is if an item arrives damaged during transit or features a critical manufacturing defect that prevents it from functioning.

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us your order number along with clear photographs of both the shipping packaging and the damaged product so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement.
Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time until the shipping label is printed and the order is marked as fulfilled.

Once a shipping label has been generated and fulfillment is complete, the order is locked into our system and can no longer be canceled, changed, or refunded.
